About us

Established in 2005 by Pierre Kamel, major shareholder and CEO of the company, Lead Construction S.A.L is a Construction Management and Building Constructor specializing in the residential, commercial and hospitality sectors.

At Lead Construction, the systems, structure, processes, practices, and technology we adopt, are aligned to support the organization’s vision and goals. They provide the platform for rapid response to problems solving and challenges.

Safety is our number one priority. Whatever the project, we always implement measures to ensure each person working with or for Lead Construction returns home at the end of the day, safely without any injuries.

The company is managed by Karim Karam, an experienced engineer who knows how to create a dynamic team environment across all aspects of a project. He also works hard to guarantee all clients receive the commitment and attention they require. For Lead Construction, this means more than satisfying its clients; it means exceeding their expectations in order to stand out from the competition and continually drive its business to new growth.

Pierre Kamel has a well-established experience in the construction field acting as major shareholder and CEO of several companies amongst them Dumez Nigeria. He is the Chairman of Mina Holdings, a private holding company which has interest in a wide rage of industries and asset classes, including construction works, direct private equity, real estate and basic industry startups.

Karim Karam – General Manager, Lead Construction S.A.L
Karim Karam has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with particular expertise in Construction Management and the construction of building projects and Fit-Out works.

Karim is a graduate of Ohio State University, USA. He holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Ohio.
